business to the next stage of its growth.
Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management,
kitchen coordination, health and safety compliance, and supply chain oversight. You will also take a leading role in
maintaining food quality, customer satisfaction, and implementing performance improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day front and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and performance across all shifts.
Supervise kitchen and service staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent and cost-effective procurement.
Oversee stock control, inventory management, and timely ordering of supplies.
Monitor and enforce strict hygiene, health, and food safety standards in line with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance across all operational areas.
