Real Chemistry is looking for a VP, Omnichannel MarTech to lead the strategy, build, and scale of omnichannel capabilities across HCP and patient ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, marketing, and commercial operations, translating business strategy into scalable, compliant solutions that drive connected customer experiences. You bring hands‑on experience delivering omnichannel platforms in pharma and understand how commercial, patient services, data, and media ecosystems work together in the real world. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or Lambertville, or remote within the U.S., depending on team and business needs.
What you’ll do:
- Set the vision: Define and drive the omnichannel MarTech roadmap aligned to commercial, medical, and patient strategies, building scalable, connected HCP and patient ecosystems.
- Build and integrate: Lead design and delivery across Veeva, Salesforce, and broader MarTech platforms, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, data, media, and patient services.
- Drive transformation: Assess and evolve client ecosystems, leading platform migrations, integration improvements, and phased modernization efforts without disrupting in‑market programs.
- Operationalize execution: Establish the operating model, governance, and workflows across teams and partners to enable efficient, compliant omnichannel delivery.
- Embed compliance and rigor: Ensure solutions are built for regulated environments, incorporating consent, privacy (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), and MLR/PRC requirements from the start.
- Support commercial growth: Contribute to scoping, solutioning, and engagement models, with a strong understanding of procurement, SOWs, and complex stakeholder environments.
- Lead and influence: Build and align cross‑functional teams, and act as a senior advisor to leadership and clients on omnichannel maturity and opportunity.
This position is a perfect fit for you if:
- Are a builder who has taken omnichannel from concept to reality in pharma.
- Bring a strong point of view on how data, tech, and engagement come together.
- Operate comfortably in complexity and influence across teams without direct authority.
- Thrive in an environment that is evolving and expect to shape what comes next.
What you should have:
- 12 to 15+ years of experience across MarTech, digital, omnichannel, or commercial technology, with strong pharma exposure.
- Hands‑on experience delivering omnichannel solutions across platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, and related engagement, data, or consent tools.
- Strong understanding of journey orchestration, data integration, APIs, platform architecture, and real‑time or near‑real‑time decisioning.
- Experience operating in regulated environments with clear knowledge of privacy, consent, compliance, and review workflows.
- Familiarity with commercial operations, field enablement, and the intersection of personal and non‑personal promotion.
- Experience supporting large‑scale transformation efforts, including ecosystem audits, phased roadmaps, platform migrations, and vendor transitions.
- Strong client‑facing presence, with the ability to translate technical capability into business value.

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the U.S., UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in‑office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on‑site learning, and connecting with client partners is critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be. Outside of these offices, we have regions, where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities. We call this our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach. Real Chemistry believes we are best together – and our workplace strategy fosters connection and collaboration in person – but also supports flexibility for our people.
