Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Maintain technical team status, communication, and deliverable tracking.
- Collaborate with Account Services, Finance, and Technology Engineering to build a work‑breakdown structure, plan technical scenarios, and track risks and issues.
- Conduct client status calls and track all client deliverables.
- Maintain technical design documentation, process workflows, and RACI matrices.
- Omnichannel Platform Delivery Oversight
- Own and manage delivery timelines for digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Email CRM (SFMC, Marketo, HubSpot), website development and CMS (Drupal, WordPress, .NET), sales management platforms (Veeva CRM/Vault), and data privacy management (OneTrust).
- Collaborate closely with technical teams on data management installations and maintenance; experience with SQL‑based systems (Snowflake, AWS) and API integrations (Boomi, JSON payloads).
- Operational Excellence
- Develop and maintain timelines, operational standards, checklists, and documentation for consistent execution.
- Develop statements of work for client requests, including deliverables, assumptions, and staff estimates.
- Capture business requirements from client meetings and documentation.
- Work with business teams on productizing and improving technology implementation and execution best practices.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Serve as a digital translator across teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and risk awareness in all technical communications.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in digital marketing technical project management.
- Demonstrated success leading workflow/process improvement initiatives.
- Strong technical and business understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and associated tech/data infrastructure.
- Strong understanding and experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing environments.
- Fluent in JIRA, MS Office, and Copilot.
- Certifications (preferred):
- Marketing Automation (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva Platform Tools)
- Project Management (PMP or CSM)
- Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt or higher)
