We collaborate with our clients to implement AI systems that create value by improving communications, customer experiences, and internal workflows.
About R/GA
R/GA is a globally renowned design and innovation network that has been reinventing industry standards for over four decades. From pioneering computer-assisted film production to creating defining digital platforms such as the original Nike+ ecosystem and the launch of Beats by Dre, R/GA consistently helps brands adapt and thrive in the face of disruptive technology.
About the Role
Addition is looking for a Technical Product Manager (Senior Producer) to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade AI platforms, bespoke internal tools, and high-impact digital products. This unique hybrid role is designed for someone who has lived in the product lifecycle—from rapid prototyping and MVP development to full-scale launch—and also understands the fast-paced nature of an innovation agency. You will sit at the intersection of technical product management, creative storytelling, and agency operations. The ideal candidate is not just a project manager; you are a creative product thinker who can partner with AI engineers to automate manual workflows and integrate LLMs into core business infrastructure. You are equally comfortable defining data strategies and product roadmaps as you are managing agency-side rigours such as scoping, writing SOWs, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered platforms and tools.
- Partner with engineering to translate complex enterprise requirements into intuitive, high-utility user experiences.
- Lead the commercial health of your projects, including drafting detailed Statements of Work, defining project scopes, building staff plans, and managing budgets.
- Identify and implement AI-driven workflows that reduce operational overhead for global brands.
- Act as the primary bridge between data scientists, AI engineers, and creative leads to ensure technical feasibility matches the creative vision.
- Manage senior client relationships (CPO, CTO, Innovation Leads) and provide strategic updates on technical roadmaps, backlogs, and product milestones.
- Work with the R/GA and Addition leadership teams to manage talent allocations and ensure the right technical and creative resources are assigned to the right sprints.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Producer, or Digital Producer within a digital agency, design studio, or innovation consultancy.
- Proven track record of owning the product lifecycle, including UX testing, rapid prototyping, and managing web/mobile release cycles.
- Direct experience delivering products that utilize AI/ML to solve business problems such as reducing manual processing time, improving data accuracy, or scaling asset creation.
- Deep familiarity with agency-style project management, including building staff plans, tracking profitability, and navigating the nuances of client services.
- Ability to speak the language of engineers, comfortable discussing API integrations, data strategy, and LLM orchestration.
- Expertise in Jira, Figma, Notion, and Google Workspace; experience with data-logging or event-tracking tools such as Segment is a plus.
Bonus Points for
- Background in Product Strategy or Management Consulting.
- Experience in B2B, Fintech, or Enterprise SaaS—helping legacy organizations modernize through digital transformation.
- Active experimentation with emerging AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, custom GPTs, and others.
