This is a full-time role based in Singapore, where you will collaborate with the local team and learn from global experts while driving strategy expertise familiar with the Singapore landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Build the bridge between brands and consumers.
  • Act as a vocal and inventive champion, breaking down complex tasks and creating clarity from complexity.
  • Apply implementation knowledge of end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, strategy, vision, and design.
  • Develop strategy solutions, from brand strategy down to tactical social, content, and influencer strategies.
  • Leverage an out-of-the-box perspective on data and research to uncover consumer insights.
  • Possess a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals.
  • Craft content calendars, caption banks, and trend-jacking posts with ease.
  • Utilize VaynerMedia tools, research, and platforms to perform content audits and collaborate with the media team to provide holistic success-measurement frameworks.
  • Bring the consumer’s world to life for creative teams and clients using qualitative and cultural mining and insightful synthesis of quantitative research to inform a strategic approach.
  • Develop distinct and differentiated audience segmentations linked to strategic decisions and creative ways-in.
  • Articulate effective strategic rationale and logic flow that forms a compelling story.
  • Serve as a deck crafter—detailing ideas and insights that are clear and persuasive.
  • Possess ample experience in digital agency life and content creation, understanding the technical aspects of content creation and the digital consumer journey to engage through a digital architecture map for end-to-end campaigns.
  • Maintain curiosity as a core necessity.

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of experience as a strategist in a media or creative advertising agency in the Singapore/APAC market.
  • Ability to deliver work independently, achieving results with pace, energy, and drive.
  • Active participation in collaboration sessions with other teams.
  • Execution of a strong sense of priority and urgency, knowing how to act on the critical difference between the two.
  • Management of ongoing performance of tasks or projects, understanding and ownership of internal processes for quality assurance.
