We’re looking for a Senior Director to join our Consumer Health & Wellness team and co‑lead portfolio beauty accounts. In this role, you’ll guide day‑to‑day client relationships, oversee campaigns from brief to delivery, and help support and grow the team. This is a great fit for someone with strong experience in luxury or luxury‑adjacent beauty and fashion, experience working with clients at a brand and portfolio level, a solid understanding of digital commerce including TikTok Shop and Amazon, and a sharp sense of how to connect brands to culture in a strategic, elevated way.

What You’ll Do

  • Talent & Campaign Management
    • Lead influencer and celebrity talent strategy across a range of budgets
    • Oversee beauty campaigns from brief to delivery at the portfolio and brand level
    • Create polished, client‑ready offers, campaign materials, and communications
    • Lead campaigns from brief to delivery, including talent strategy, content milestones, and execution
    • Support and mentor team members on campaign execution, talent strategy, and industry best practices
    • Build strong relationships with talent reps, creators, and brand and portfolio partners
    • Identify culturally relevant talent opportunities that align with brand and portfolio goals
    • Bring digital commerce thinking into campaign planning and execution, including shoppable content, affiliate models, and creator‑led commerce
    • Apply hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop and/or Amazon influencer programs
  • Client Management
    • Build trusted relationships with beauty clients and serve as a strong day‑to‑day partner
    • Develop thoughtful brief responses and creative concepts grounded in strategy and culture
    • Advise clients on influencer strategy as it relates to their commerce channels in ways that align with brand positioning
    • Manage timelines, scope changes, and expectations with transparency
    • Partner closely with IATs and internal stakeholders
  • Operations
    • Stay current on platform changes, shopping behavior, and the creator role in purchase decisions
    • Support scope development and help manage OOP budgets across accounts
    • Keep budget trackers, burn rates, and financial documents accurate and up to date
    • Partner with Business Affairs on contracts and agreements
    • Support staff planning across accounts
    • Flag out‑of‑scope requests clearly and early
    • Look for ways to drive growth and improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in talent management and/or influencer marketing with strong knowledge of working in an integrated agency team model at both the portfolio and brand level.
  • Strong experience with luxury or luxury‑adjacent beauty and/or fashion brands.
  • Digital commerce experience with strong experience directly on TikTok Shop and/or Amazon influencer affiliate programs.
  • A proven ability to connect brands to culture in an elevated, brand‑right way through a strong network across the beauty and entertainment industry, including film/TV and/or music production companies, creators, reps and brand partners.
  • Confidence leading talent negotiations and complex partnerships.
  • Experience managing direct reports or teams.
  • Strong communication skills in both internal and client‑facing settings.
  • A genuine interest in luxury beauty, culture, and the influencer landscape.
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Range $135,000 – $180,000 (company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time).
