Real Chemistry, a global healthcare communications agency, seeks an Account Executive, Entertainment and Influencer Marketing, based in New York City (hybrid role).
Responsibilities
- Influencer and Celebrity Talent Procurement: Participate in talent procurement for PR, advertising, digital and influencer campaigns; attend internal casting sessions; conduct outreach to influencers and their representatives; manage talent vetting and background checks; develop client‑facing materials (casting sheets, scopes of work, budget trackers, formal offers, long‑form agreements); negotiate formal offers and agreements on behalf of brand and agency clients.
- Campaign Execution & Management: Manage content creators, host briefing calls, coordinate on‑site production, facilitate client approvals and content publication; manage campaign logistics; obtain talent approvals of campaign materials; track all talent/influencer approvals; maintain a contract tracker; create campaign recap documents; monitor and track performance insights; prepare weekly/monthly reports; collaborate with account team to mine data for performance improvement; support development of post‑campaign case studies; manage influencer database.
- General: Monitor sports & entertainment news, social media and industry blogs for opportunities; manage day‑to‑day communications with clients and internal teams; attend client meetings and new‑business pitches; present to clients; coordinate conference calls with accounts, clients, agents; perform data entry, evaluation and database management; assist in agency growth and new business networking.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience working with brands, agencies, influencers, celebrities, agents, managers and publicists.
- Passion for pop culture and entertainment; strong curiosity about pop‑culture trends.
- Digital and social media savvy.
- Creative, flexible, self‑motivated and proactive.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Agency experience preferred.
Compensation
$63,000–$70,000 per year, plus overtime. The pay range reflects current market conditions and may be adjusted based on experience and location.
