Known is seeking a Senior Copywriter to support and develop big‐idea creative for clients across industries. The role requires strategic thinking, flawless execution, bold innovation, passion, and optimism.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, develop & execute brand and 360 product marketing campaigns across TV, digital, social and print.
  • Write copy from concept to end product, self‐managing multiple projects and tight timelines.
  • Leverage talent to lead and execute entire campaigns that solve for consumer needs and business goals.
  • Move audiences through the written word, from manifesto statements to scripts, social posts or taglines.
  • Present copy to teams and stakeholders, articulating and rationalizing copy decisions with strategic insights.
  • Mentor and develop skills of other creatives at all levels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer target mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform strategic executions.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and outputs.
  • Oversee deliverables, adhere to timelines and creative budgets.
  • Represent creative output throughout the organization, presenting to key stakeholders and communicating with internal teams and agencies.
  • Manage multiple projects, switching between them seamlessly while staying on deadline and within budget.
  • Work closely with Client, Strategy, and Media team members to ensure briefs spark groundbreaking creative grounded in consumer insights and business goals.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of creative advertising experience developing 360 campaigns.
  • Undergraduate degree in Design, Advertising, Branding, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Portfolio featuring a wide range of creative campaigns, demonstrating strategic breakthrough ideas across channels.
  • Strong aptitude for the written word, communicating messages succinctly, emotively, and brilliantly.
  • Solid understanding of how creativity meets business objectives while meeting brand standards.
  • Strong analytical ability and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Collaboration skills to work with team members at all levels ensuring projects meet brand guidelines, compliance, and project goals.
  • Understanding of all aspects of brand marketing creative, including brand development, TV, social, digital, OOH, retail/POS, media, and environmental/experiential design.
  • Experience driving development of new business and client review decks and communication vehicles.
  • Proven ability to quickly identify problems and solve them.
  • Experience in healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.

Employment Type

  • Temp‐to‐perm position with a 2‐3 month introductory period, prior to conversion to full‐time role with benefits.
