The PITCH
As a strategist, you will own day‑to‑day strategic work on an account, working with senior strategists or directors. You will write and deliver briefs, collaborate with creative and media to turn strategy into work, and sell that work to clients. Over time you will develop to lead accounts.
Responsibilities
- Mine insights and cultural trends with junior strategists to produce actionable briefs.
- Brief and collaborate with creatives to create relevant, impactful work.
- Produce strategic documents and recommendations.
- Develop platform and publishing strategies and share knowledge on digital and social channels.
- Present work to clients and support negotiation of plans.
- Monitor results, analyze performance, and recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years experience in a strategic marketing role (creative, media or client side).
- Ability to develop strategies, briefs and reports independently.
- Experience collaborating with creative, client partnership and other internal/external teams.
- Passion for social media, technology and popular culture; experience running own social channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German.
