About the role
If you’ve ever left a brand comment so iconic it made the creator pin it — keep reading. We’re looking for a culturally fluent, voice‑savvy, comment‑section mastermind to join our team as Senior Social Media Manager for Dove Men. This role is built for someone who lives deep in the feed — watching TikToks instead of TV, knows when to be bold, when to be clever, and when to just let the feral flag fly — all while staying deeply, intentionally on‑brand. You’ll be the front line of these brands across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond — leading community engagement, content calendar management, real‑time platform strategy, and serving up voice‑driven magic that feels fresh, human, and relevant.
What you will be doing:
- Curate brand‑specific TikTok feeds daily to stay current with trends and culture.
- Craft engaging, scroll‑stopping and on‑brand comments on viral posts with perfect timing.
- Engage in real‑time conversations that align with brand identity.
- Support and amplify creator and partner content to enhance reach.
- Oversee and manage the complete social content calendar.
- Develop community‑driven content ideas collaboratively with teams.
- Write short‑form content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice.
- Provide feedback to creators ensuring brand tone and visual consistency.
- Track and present community engagement insights and trends weekly.
- Assist in maintaining organisational tools and managing basic platform operations.
- Collaborate with PR/legal on sensitive topics and issues.
- Identify and engage potential creators using social listening techniques.
- Support content creation initiatives, especially if skilled in on‑camera roles or editing software.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 2‑5 years of experience in social media — with a sharp eye for voice, tone, and cultural nuance.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube — both as a user and as a strategist.
- Strong passion for and deep understanding of men’s sports and sports culture.
- A natural communicator — you know how to turn comments into mini‑brand moments and DMs into brand love.
- Emotionally intelligent — you know when to be cheeky, when to be serious, and how to read the room.
- Obsessed with skincare and haircare — you’ve got opinions, recommendations, and a shower shelf to prove it.
- Comfortable with social scheduling tools, platform ops, and keeping things buttoned up behind the scenes.
- Fluent in content trends, emerging creators, and comment‑section goldmines.
Compensation: At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $89,250.00 to $99,750.00. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
Company Values:
- Be ambitious to succeed.
- Be imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Be inspirational to do groundbreaking work.
- Be always learning and listening to understand.
- Be results‑focused to exceed expectations.
- Be actively pro‑inclusive and anti‑racist across our community, clients and creations.
