Our Singapore office is hunting the APAC landscape for a passionate and driven Senior PM that will lead a global brand account and continually review and optimize the work team produces, and collaborate with the project management team to establish effective ways to lead teams and processes.

- Life Cycle Management
- Plans, mobilizes and manages projects holistically, keeping them organized and moving smoothly from start to finish to ensure successful completion.
- Demonstrates ability to build accurate project plans with budget, schedules, resources, and processes in mind.
- Write and execute statement of work, scope, cost estimate, tasks, timeline, budget, and development based on project requirements and plans.
- Organization
- Keeps information clear, accessible, and accurate.
- Ensures assets and materials are tracked, organized, categorized, and delivered consistently, efficiently, and effectively.
- Framework, Process & Requirement
- Understands and uses agency tools e. g Workfront and processes to streamline project planning, mobilization, and management.
- Operationalize people's time and their work optimize team's availability through effective resources management
- Plan key touch points such as kick-offs, brainstorms, and deliverable reviews.
- Ensures teams and work follow agency, client, advertising frameworks/best practices and legal requirements.
- Drive Operations Excellence - Provide suggestions on ways to optimize through close collaboration with finance, client service, operations, and legal on project and client requirements.
- Strategic Understanding
- Understands the purpose, context, and implications of key parts of their role as it relates to the larger organization.
- Focuses on big picture thinking and analyzing information that demonstrates an understanding of the "why" for clients, the team, and the work.

- Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital ad or media space.
- Time management is your cup of tea.
- Experience in budget development and contract (SOW) writing.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Out of the box lead and practical hands-on experience in project management.
- You make and lead stuff to happen.
