You are a creative producer with multidisciplinary production execution skills, whose craft expands across agency production, line production, post production and event‑based activations. You are equal parts creative mind and operational leader. You are a hands‑on producer who completely immerses oneself in the work by leaning in to shepherd complex campaigns across multiple channels. You are adaptable to evolving ideas and new ways of thinking. You think of the big picture but do not forget the details. You’re comfortable navigating agency and client dynamics, but your true strength lies in turning creative ambition into executable, efficient production plans.
Role Summary
- Bring a production lens to early ideation to unlock bold, scalable ideas and to navigate trade‑offs between speed, cost, craft, partners, formats and output.
- Work directly with internal agency leads across disciplines to assess project feasibility and curate the right resources, internally and externally.
- Review creative concepts, scripts and activation ideas with a critical production lens, identifying risks, efficiencies, and executional opportunities.
- Own end‑to‑end production for 360 campaigns by identifying production partners, building timelines and bids, developing informed production plans and setting clear expectations for guiding experience and output.
- Bring proven track record and experience of executing flawless production plans across film, social, digital, print, experiential/events, post production, podcasts, DOOH/OOH, PR, custom fabrication of influencer kits and more.
- Build budgets with talent (union and non‑union), locations, schedule, and post considerations in mind, ensuring alignment with creative intent and financial parameters.
- Identify potential roadblocks while proactively bringing forward creative solutions in effort to keep campaigns driving forward, escalating and communicating to leaders when needed.
- Ability to lead in hands‑on production bidding, and step in as a line producer, when required.
- Crew up projects by sourcing and managing required production personnel such as directors, DPs, photographers, production and/or experiential partners, post production professionals, etc.
- Highly effective communicator across all departments with understanding of what each respective team needs to be successful.
- Act as a client‑facing production lead, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and navigating agency dynamics with confidence and discretion.
- Confirm trafficking, versioning, and metadata across internal pipelines and agency deliverables.
- Work closely with Business Affairs to review concepts, talent agreements, usage terms and other vendor and legal contracts.
- Must be able to navigate both Union and NonUnion talent considerations.
- Responsible for all vendor paperwork and invoicing.
- Help evolve how production operates within a changing advertising landscape.
- Relationship builder, operating with respect, kindness and professionalism.
- Mentor junior producers and production staff as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
- Portfolio link is required for application review.
- 8‑10+ years of experience in advertising production.
- Expected to travel as needed for productions, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Collaborative communicator with the ability to manage pressure and extremely tight deadlines.
- Must be collaborative, proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑driven.
- Client‑facing and familiar with navigating agency environments.
- Deep understanding of production workflows from development through delivery, and most importantly championing creative excellence.
- Strong background in bidding, budgeting and managing complex productions.
- Calm under pressure; decisive with incomplete information.
- Must have proven experience and relationships in experiential, event‑based activation, live‑streaming, OOH/DOOH.
- Proven line production experience on live‑action shoots.
- Strong understanding of post‑production workflow, bidding and scheduling.
