About the role: At OLIVER, our people are everything. We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior People Partner to join our diverse and dynamic People Team and help us take things to the next level. This is not your average HR role. You will be a trusted partner who is genuinely embedded in the business, challenging the status quo, driving meaningful change and delivering a people experience that sets us apart. You will work across all brands within the OLIVER Group, providing expert guidance, proactive support and strategic insight across the full employee lifecycle. If you are passionate about people, energized by a fast‑paced environment and ready to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

  • Strategic Partnership - Build deep, trusted relationships with your client groups, getting truly under the skin of the business while maintaining alignment with the wider People strategy. Act as a genuine business partner, using data and insights to support leaders in making robust, informed people decisions. Interpret people metrics and engagement data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Employee Relations - Provide sound, timely and pragmatic HR advice on policy, process, employment law and best practice. Confidently lead on the full range of ER matters including: Probationary reviews, Absence management, Disciplinary and grievance processes, Performance management, Redundancy and restructuring, TUPE transfers and dismissals.
  • People Projects & Initiatives - Play a central role in delivering some of our most exciting People projects this year. Lead on our attraction and retention strategy, helping us understand what makes OLIVER a place where great people want to stay and grow. Drive the implementation of actions from our engagement survey in a way that is meaningful, visible and impactful. Support the rollout of consistent HR operations and processes across all areas of the business, taking direction from the People Director.
  • Recruitment - Partner with our internal recruitment teams to ensure the hiring needs of the business are met efficiently and effectively. Champion a recruitment experience that reflects our values and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Excellent ER expertise – you can run complex HR processes independently and with confidence.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset – best fit over best practice where it matters.
  • Strong commercial acumen – you understand business drivers and how people practices enable growth.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Experience working with international territories and an appreciation of the complexities this brings.
  • A track record of leading and developing junior HR colleagues.
  • Experience working within a fast‑paced, professional environment and the confidence to drive initiatives to a high standard.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred.

Our values shape everything we do:

  • Be Ambitious to succeed.
  • Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work.
  • Be always learning and listening to understand.
  • Be Results-focused to exceed expectations.
  • Be actively pro‑inclusive and anti‑racist across our community, clients and creations.
