We're looking for a driven and user‑centric Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team. You'll own the roadmap for our internal tools and platforms, including our flagship product Skeptic, with potential to be in a client‑facing role. Working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, you'll ship solutions that make our people more productive and our operations more efficient. This is a high‑impact role with significant ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Define and prioritize the roadmap for Skeptic internal tools and platforms, balancing business needs, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Listen to stakeholders’ requests, identify the underlying problem to be solved, and deliver a solution that addresses what is needed.
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and specs that translate business needs into buildable solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering and design to deliver reliable, scalable internal software on time.
  • Analyze usage data and gather qualitative feedback from internal users to continuously improve products.
  • Communicate roadmap progress and product decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Fully own and manage the backlog, including grooming, prioritization, and sequencing.
  • Understand the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications and/or data products.
  • Utilize project‑management skills, including precise and effective communications, and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Make visible project timelines and risks. Drive product launches by ensuring the delivery of inputs from stakeholders.

Who You Are and What You Have

  • 4+ years of progressive product‑management experience, ideally with internal tools, enterprise software, or SaaS products.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders – you know how to gather requirements from busy, non‑technical teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – you can align stakeholders and write a crisp spec.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority across multiple internal teams.
  • Excellent servant‑leadership skills with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications and/or data products.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.

Nice to Have

  • Technical background or ability to engage meaningfully with engineers.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and project‑management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Experience with media agency systems and processes.
  • Experience working at an early‑stage or high‑growth startup.
  • Product‑centered certifications or coursework.

Some of Our Perks

  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • 401(k) with company matching and no vesting period.
  • Annual bonuses.
  • Generous medical plan.
  • Paid parental leave.
