We are seeking a Senior Manager, Measurement to join our Integrated Intelligence team. This role is responsible for leading the measurement and analysis of marketing performance across integrated digital ecosystems. You will execute and oversee ongoing and ad‑hoc analyses, working directly with data to validate results and generate meaningful insights. Partnering closely with internal teams and mentoring junior resources, you will communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders with a focus on clarity, rigor, and strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Measurement Strategy & Analytics Execution
- Contribute to measurement strategy across assigned accounts, translating business objectives into clear KPIs, methodologies, and analytical approaches.
- Design and evolve cross‑channel measurement frameworks spanning media, site, CRM, and healthcare specific data sources.
- Execute and oversee advanced analyses (ongoing and ad‑hoc), identifying performance drivers, trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Ensure insights move beyond reporting to provide clear implications and recommendations for client activation and planning teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders, including senior and executive level audiences.
- Technical Data & Analytics Fluency
- Leverage SQL (and similar query languages) to work directly with raw and transformed data for QA, exploration, validate aggregations, and support complex analytical needs.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on sourcing, transformations, refresh logic, and QA processes to ensure analytical integrity.
- Utilize BI solutions to model and visualize data.
- People Leadership & Workflow Management
- Manage and mentor analysts and managers, supporting growth in technical skills (analytics, SQL, data interpretation) and client‑facing capabilities.
- Guide teams in moving from descriptive reporting to diagnostic and insight‑driven analysis.
- Support resourcing, prioritization, and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Balance rigor with efficiency, ensuring measurement solutions are sustainable as scale and complexity increase.
- Cross Functional Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Client Services, Media, Strategy, and Activation teams to align on measurement approaches and outputs.
- Act as a SME analytics voice in planning, measurement design, and performance discussions.
- Help account teams explain metrics, methodology changes, and data limitations with confidence and clarity.
Required Skills & Experience
- Measurement & Analytics
- Deep experience in digital marketing analytics, including paid media, search, social, site analytics, and CRM data.
- Strong background in cross‑channel measurement and analytical insight generation.
- Experience developing and operationalizing KPI frameworks and measurement programs.
- Healthcare / pharma analytics experience strongly preferred (e.g., claims, specialty pharmacy, HCP data, Veeva).
- Technical Capability
- Strong SQL proficiency for data exploration, validation, and analysis.
- Comfort working with large, complex datasets and multiple data schemas.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, transformations, and analytics QA concepts.
- Able to complete basic BI development (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working alongside data engineering or advanced analytics teams.
- Leadership & Communication
- Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, executive‑ready insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across disciplines.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in evolving environments.
