We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. The role oversees revenue tracking, bonus detail management, and T&E support. The analyst assists with monthly revenue tracking, develops visualization dashboards, builds detailed modelling for quarterly bonus updates, partners with HR on Q1 payout, and manages T&E exceptions with an offshore team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and refine revenue dashboards, providing project‑level insight.
- Build bottoms‑up detailed bonus models and partner with HR for Q1 payout.
- Act as first‑level reviewer of T&E exception escalation in partnership with another Senior Analyst.
- Support relationships with corporate leaders, Sales Ops, Client Finance, HR, and offshoring teams.
- Assist with monthly close, creating and reporting monthly & quarterly internal reports.
- Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives and financial impacts.
- Run ad‑hoc analyses and support board material preparation.
- Drive efficiency through process automation.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of FP&A / corporate finance experience.
- Experience with revenue reporting, T&E, or bonus preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self‑motivated, intellectually curious, and independent. (Agile to change)
- Experience with AI tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Domo, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience in business services or related industries is a plus.
Pay Range
$80,000 – $90,000 (depending on location and experience). Compensation determined by experience, skills, certifications, and location.
