Overview
We are looking for highly motivated senior digital marketer to be part of a team leading the many digital projects and campaigns we deliver for our wide and varying range of clients across the UK.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ practical agency experience in digital strategy, social media marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing and analytics platforms, and will have the ability to work both independently on projects as well as working within a team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded digital marketer to work across a wide range of industries and progress their career in a growing agency.
You will be responsible for the research, planning, strategy and implementation of client digital projects and campaigns of varying scale and sizes, showcasing solid results and ROI for our clients and agency through digital reporting and analytics summaries.
As a fast-growing agency, there is also opportunity for leadership progression within the role so experience of mentorship and management of small teams would be desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing junior accounts and ensuring digital activity is in line with strategic direction and goals
- Delivery, analysis and refinement of multi-channel digital campaigns and ongoing strategies
- Mentoring junior account managers on digital processes and best practice
- Day-to-day social media management for technical B2B and FMCG clients
- Monitoring the technical health of a wide range of websites, proactively implementing solutions to increase site health
- Tracking and reporting keyword rankings, pivoting strategies and keyword targeting where required
- Day-to-day PPC management
- Creation and implementation of email marketing and automation strategies
- Content writing for blogs, email, social and other digital channels for a wide range of purposes and objectives
- Monthly digital reporting
- Support the business development team in forming new business proposals for digital opportunities
