Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (on‑site 2 days per week, Monday & Tuesday or Thursday)

About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Designer to join our team on a part‑time basis. In this role, you’ll take ownership of design projects from brief to final delivery, working independently across a varied and fast‑moving content slate. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and account partners, translating briefs into polished, on‑brand visual outputs across multiple formats and channels. This role suits someone with broad design skills, a strong eye for detail, and the confidence to manage their own workload without close supervision.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver on briefs from concept to completion, working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and execution.
  • Stay on track with emerging social trends and engage with the wider digital creative community.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of conceptualization, digital design, graphic design, illustration, typography, and brand standards.
  • Define or adapt the brand look and feel for a variety of social media campaigns, while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Develop creative and graphic concepts across multiple social touchpoints in collaboration with assigned teams to meet content objectives.
  • Follow projects throughout all stages of production and online deployment.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media design and creation, with a portfolio that shows relevant examples.
  • Senior digital designer experience with Celtra and ideally Pencil.
  • E-commerce design experience (preferred).
  • Awareness of current social media platforms and knowledge of emerging platforms.
  • Understanding of typography, layout, color, and grid structures.
  • Working knowledge of social media specs and design guidelines.
  • Aptitude to learn new software and programs efficiently and effectively.
  • Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
  • Ability to interpret marketing ideas and turn them into visual reality at a best‑in‑class level.
