THE ROLE
The Lead Visual Designer will be the visual storyteller behind brand‑recognizable design work across all media. You will translate consumer insights, campaign briefs, and brand purpose into authentic, inclusive, and distinctive visuals for social, digital, OOH, and POS touchpoints. You will also guide and mentor a team of designers and content creators, integrating Gen‑AI tools thoughtfully into the creative process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the visual direction for social‑first content and campaigns, creating strong conceptual ideas that differentiate the brand.
- Design and produce social‑first assets for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels, ensuring each piece is platform‑native, on‑brand, and high‑quality.
- Develop visual concepts that flex across social, digital display, CRM, OOH, and POS formats.
- Champion conceptual thinking through briefing and execution, grounding solutions in insight and purpose.
- Art‑direct photography, video, and content shoots to reflect the brand authentically and inclusively.
- Build, mentor, and guide designers and content creators, fostering a culture of social‑first excellence and continuous improvement.

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma, with proficiency in social‑speed asset production.
- Experience art‑directing photography, video, or content shoots, with a keen eye for composition and inclusive representation.
- Proven leadership and mentorship of designers and content creators, providing direction, feedback, and inspiration.
- Experience creating native content and design systems for key social platforms, understanding specs, safe zones, and best practices.
