Responsibilities

  • Performance‑Focused Content Creation: Craft content with intent. From ideation to execution, you’ll weave our clients’ visual identity, voice, and ethos into groundbreaking content, pushing engagement and metrics beyond set KPIs.
  • Multifaceted Ideation and Creative Development: Brainstorm, concept, plan, produce, edit, and write copy for content within a lean structure to bring ideas to life.
  • Trend Analysis & Application: Vigilantly monitor the digital sphere, absorb emerging social trends, and adapt them to our unique brand narrative.
  • Detail‑Oriented Post‑Production & Delivery: Ensure each content piece undergoes rigorous post‑production and QA, from video edits to image selection, retouching, and quality checks.
  • Operational Mastery: Command multiple projects, adhere to tight schedules, and iterate with feedback to refine outcomes.

Requirements

  • Solid Track Record: 4‑5 years creating and producing paid and organic social content; portfolio must reflect proficiency.
  • Technical Prowess: Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and Capcut. Photo and video camera operations, audio recording nuances, and lighting techniques should be second nature to you.
  • Studio Proficiency: Over 3+ years planning and running in‑studio shoots, from setting up shots to ensuring lighting captures our clients’ energy.
  • Intuitive Insights: Holistic grasp of the social media landscape, understanding emerging trends and underlying drivers.
  • Versatility: Equally adept at team‑based and solo projects, pivoting between collaboration and independent endeavors.

Compensation

We offer a competitive rate based on education, experience, and skill level ($22‑$95). Level 1: $22–$36. Level 2: $36–$51. Level 3: $51–$66. Level 4: $66–$81. Level 5: $81–$95. As this is a freelancer role, hours can fluctuate weekly.
