Senior Copywriter
We are seeking a versatile, ideas‑first Senior Copywriter to join our dynamic creative team in Detroit.
What You'll Do
- Big Ideas & Multi-Channel Campaigns
- Brainstorm & Build: Partner with Art Directors and Designers to co‑create fresh, integrated campaign concepts from scratch.
- Translate Briefs: Turn strategy and insights into compelling, human stories that span digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Master the Premium Voice: Elevate the client's brand narrative by injecting a sophisticated, luxury tone into every piece of copy.
- Digital Experiences & Web Content
- Craft Web Journeys: Write engaging, high‑performing copy for websites, landing pages, and interactive digital spaces.
- Actionable Writing: Create sharp calls‑to‑action (CTAs) and write intuitive microcopy to enhance the user experience.
- Organic Reach: Blend premium storytelling with SEO best practices to keep content discoverable yet sophisticated.
- Performance Copy & Social Advertising
- Thumb‑Stopping Ads: Write snappy, impactful copy for paid social, display banners, and search engine ads.
- Test & Learn: Collaborate on messaging matrices to test different creative hooks and refine copy based on performance data.
- Email Journeys & Nurturing
- Engaging Email: Write compelling subject lines and narrative flows for premium lifecycle, promotional, and automated email campaigns.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally within an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.
- Luxury Tone: Proven ability to write with a high‑end, premium aesthetic—knowing how to make a brand feel exclusive and aspirational.
- Multi‑Channel Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing big‑picture creative thinking and work that lives harmoniously across multiple media channels. (Automotive experience is a huge plus, but not a deal‑breaker.)
- Tech Stack: Fluency in Figma for collaboration, Confluence for documentation, and familiarity working alongside design teams in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborative Spirit: Drive to work seamlessly with strategists, project managers, and clients to bring groundbreaking work to life.
Location & Work Style
- Onsite Hub: Detroit office.
- The Split: 3–4 days a week onsite, remaining days hybrid/remote.
Compensation
Base salary range: $60,000—$140,000 USD (individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors).
