Join our dynamic and innovative in‑house creative agency, working with our client. Our team is dedicated to crafting engaging and persuasive content that resonates with audiences across both social and digital platforms.

As a Conceptual Art Director for Integrated Design, you will play a pivotal role in driving creative concepts and optimising content for various platforms, all while working in an energetic and fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with the local and regional client, manage your own work on the day‑to‑day running of local campaigns, working within specified timeframes and budgets. The role also requires demonstrated experience in mentoring and/or managing creative teams, providing senior creative leadership, and elevating the creative output across design and copy disciplines.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and develop creative concepts from brief through final delivery across advertising, digital, social, experiential and product interfaces.
  • Generate original visual ideas and art directions that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
  • Manage and mentor mid‑level and junior designers, providing clear creative guidance, feedback and professional development.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, producers, strategists, account managers and developers to ensure integrated, high‑quality output and on‑time delivery.
  • Oversee production – art direction on shoots, illustration, motion, retouching, layout and asset creation – ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Present creative work to internal stakeholders and clients; defend creative rationales and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Maintain and evolve brand systems, visual standards and design libraries; ensure work adheres to accessibility and platform guidelines.
  • Drive process improvements in creative workflows, asset tagging, handoffs and collaboration tools.
  • Stay current on cultural, design and technology trends; apply insights to push creative innovation.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in art direction/design within an agency, in‑house creative team, or studio environment (senior‑level experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, concept‑to‑execution work across multiple channels (campaigns, digital, motion, product UI, packaging, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in visual design, typography, layout, color, imagery and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus familiarity with motion tools (After Effects), prototyping (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) and asset management.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor designers and to manage collaborative creative projects.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and client‑facing skills.
  • Strong time‑management and organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
