Real Chemistry is seeking analytics enthusiasts who have a passion for uncovering data-driven insight to join our Integrated Intelligence team. The role involves analyzing market trends and developing competitive analyses across web, search, media and social channels. This is a hybrid role, based in any US office or remotely within the US.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate, clean and organize data across digital and social analytics platforms such as Meltwater, Brandwatch, and Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the larger project team to synthesize research into a strategic narrative that guides client communications and marketing strategies.
  • Manage daily social and online media monitoring and activation.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly listening, measurement and trends reports.
  • Conduct influencer assessments to inform client/influencer engagement programs.
  • Build keyword-based queries to collect data.
  • Work with the data visualization team to create cutting-edge data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with the data sciences team to explore proprietary tools and data management.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, training and community outreach.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing, PR, advertising, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, digital/social analytics, social listening, or primary/syndicated research.
  • General understanding of the digital and social media landscape.
  • Familiarity with keyword development and Boolean query building.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Meltwater, TrendKite, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, Radian 6.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay Range

$60,000 – $80,000 – reflecting the company's current compensation framework.
