We work as a fully integrated team of seasoned social brand builders, creators, cultural strategists and media practitioners to help clients truly find the right in today’s social landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Regular contact with the client, working alongside senior leads to help deliver and shape daily, weekly and monthly consulting work based on the client’s business objectives.
  • Proactively identify social media trends and opportunities for the client and help guide resulting briefs and consulting work.
  • Keep on top of the latest platform innovations to educate internal and external partners and clients.
  • Get stuck in and roll up your sleeves as a deep practitioner of social platforms.
  • Evangelise the work internally and externally by supporting the PR team with case studies and breaking news updates.
  • Devise and sell-through incremental opportunities that help clients achieve the most efficient returns and results to deliver on their objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Creative, Production, Analytics/Insights, Media, Community Management) as one close, collaborative team.
  • Partner with the Director to drive the overall account health of client engagements from strategic account and business planning to resourcing and financial.
  • Own your work and be proactive.
  • Be the beating heart of the team, working closely with the wider Account, Strategy, Media and Creative leads to ensure client expectations, creative vision, and agency needs are met from briefing through final delivery on projects.
  • Constantly feed into the identification of key culture, trends, moments or pop culture and bring those latest insights to your day‑to‑day work.
  • Serves as the trusted partner for the client, driving junior client relations to make sure they feel heard.
  • Happily work in an iterative and non‑hierarchical way.
Qualifications
  • Experience in driving best practice, award‑winning social media work with a real love for social and a strong understanding of online culture, consumer behaviour, relevant social media platforms and their requirements.
  • Experience in concepting social media creative, managing an online community or working on a social media brand account.
  • Experience in social media monitoring and reporting.
  • European language skills (a real bonus).
  • Experience of working closely with community and project managers.
  • Manage overall quality of project delivery and documentation for the account.
  • Strong communication skills and an impressive attention to detail.
  • A cool, calm and collected approach to problem‑solving.
  • Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Ability to maintain and progress a number of concurrent projects, being smart in how to spend time to facilitate moving quickly and avoid bottlenecks.
  • Strong self‑awareness and people‑management skills.
  • Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements.
