What you’ll do:
- Day‑to‑day client contact: provide regular status updates, respond to queries and share recommendations, manage client expectations on timelines and scope of project; take client briefs and clearly communicate to team members, implementing realistic project plans.
- Take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of your account, including running regular internal team meetings, delegating tasks, overseeing status reports, and monitoring the status of jobs across the account.
- Ownership of and accountability for medium/large client projects, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest possible standards within budget and agreed timeframes.
- Maintain ongoing communication with your account lead on the progress of projects; alert them to any barriers to completion and be proactive in making recommendations and proposing solutions.
- Aware of the client’s business priorities and the program strategy, with a good understanding of competitor activity.
- Keep abreast of trends and developments in the medical communications and pharma industries.
- Identify areas for growth, share new ideas with your team and client, and consider evolving existing programs or adding new tactics.
- Be proactive when new business opportunities arise, flagging relevant experience and areas of interest, contributing thoughts and ideas, and helping produce credentials and pitch presentations.
- Maintain a general understanding of account finances; support the account lead with financial management.
- Support new‑business research and ideation, and participate in pitch presentations as required.
- Engage in continued professional development and work with your manager to identify training opportunities.

What you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in healthcare agency client services roles with medical affairs, publications, and/or medical information experience.
- Highly organised, mindful of deadlines, able to manage multiple tasks based on priorities, with strong attention to detail.
- Independent thinker confident in taking ownership of assets and material development, while being a team player who enjoys collaboration.
- Professional presence, sense of urgency, and client‑service orientation.
- Confidence to manage upward when required and communicate with managers if deadlines cannot be met or issues arise.
- High energy and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, growing, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, track record of delivering high‑quality deliverables on schedule and on budget.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience developing client relationships and networking.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Comprehension of project and account objectives, contributing to strategic planning.

- Clear communication of project updates, scopes, and recommendations to clients.
- Veeva management and/or iEnvision experience is recommended but not required.
- BA or equivalent work experience required.
Pay Range: $80,000.00–$100,000.00. This is the pay range the company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
