Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Account Manager for our Integrated Communications team, working across data milestones, product communications and disease awareness. This role is a key part of our team and would be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on assigned accounts, with support from multi-disciplinary teams and senior levels of management.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing presentations, creative briefs, PR materials and other internal/external communications to meet the client’s objectives.
  • Ensuring client feedback is gathered, understood and addressed as appropriate across all deliverables.
  • Participating in development of clients’ strategies and tactics.
  • Evaluating data, including developing succinct, accurate summaries and analyses of research that include recommendations for clients.
  • Partnering with functional area-experts within the agency in support of integrated comms campaigns.
  • Overseeing assigned project(s) fiscal performance by monitoring the teams’ budget, billing, billable hours, developing monthly projections, and reviewing activity reports and financial trackers.
  • Mentoring and developing Account Associates and Account Managers.
  • Communicating clients’ expectations internally to ensure staffing resources and performance expectations are met.
  • Meeting internal client and project revenue targets.
  • Managing multiple client projects of varying sizes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participating in new business development through proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow existing business.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Already working as a Senior Account Manager, or established Account Manager ready to step up.
  • Experience in a healthcare PR agency.
  • Experience with pharma clients.
  • Experience working on global integrated communications accounts.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Very comfortable working with clients directly.
  • High energy, able to effectively operate in fast-paced, growing and evolving environment.
