We are looking for a seasoned Senior Account Director to lead our multi‐market accounts across EMEA. Social media expertise is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best‐in‐class client services and social media expertise across EMEA, setting ways of working and driving innovation.
  • Build long‐term client relationships with senior stakeholders, managing a multi‐region team and acting as the escalation point.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and present results to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Strategy, Creative, Production, Project Management, Analytics, Media) to ensure on‐time, profitable delivery.
  • Oversee project execution, manage finances, review WIP and account P&L, and maintain profitability.
  • Lead the day‐to‐day client service operations, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Represent the agency at client reviews, conferences, and internal events, acting as an ambassador and champion of VaynerMedia values.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Director or equivalent, with a portfolio of global brand work.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, award‐winning social campaigns, and best‐practice in culturally relevant content.
  • Experience managing a multi‐region team and leading cross‐market collaboration.
  • Strong gravitas, relationship‐building skills with senior clients, and a track record of sustainable alliances.
  • Client‐centric approach, strong problem‐solving ability, and agility in fast‐paced, high‐pressure environments.
  • Well‐versed in paid media, measurement, and digital opportunities to support cross‐sell and incremental revenue.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
