Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Account Associate to join our growing team. The role focuses on project management, client relationship building, and team collaboration.
Job Summary
Senior Account Associate responsible for day‑to‑day project execution, managing small and medium‑sized projects, and supporting client relationships. The role involves both independent work and delegation of tasks to junior team members.
What you’ll do
- Plan and manage account activities, prioritising deliverables and maintaining clear timelines.
- Coordinate administrative tasks: meeting invites, status reports, agendas, call notes.
- Monitor projects across accounts, flag updates and recommend next steps.
- Deliver projects on time and to budget, managing internal and external resources.
- Identify delegation opportunities, assigning work to junior team members.
- Understand client needs, build awareness of strategy and brand, and counsel clients during calls and meetings.
- Prepare draft content, conduct research, and ensure accuracy of materials.
- Use VVPM for asset management and uploads.
Team Management
- Communicate program and project objectives internally and externally.
- Develop coaching, delegation, and briefing skills; lead by example.
- Support and mentor new Account Associates.
Financial Management
- Understand financial processes: create job codes, purchase orders, Salesforce opportunities.
- Draft budgets and discuss rationale with account leads.
- Submit accurate timesheets and expense claims; review peers’ timesheets when required.
Agency Environment
- Immerse in medical communications, pharma industries, and client therapies.
- Track industry developments, innovations, and trends; bring insights to the team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific subject.
