Not only are we one of the fastest growing strategic brand, activation and production agencies in the UK but we think big, go big creatively and deliver big in production to deliver fully joined-up brand journeys for clients of all shapes and sizes. We are looking for a Senior 3D Artist to join our expanding team in the Ride Shotgun Sofia office. We are looking for outstanding artists that can rise to both the creative and production challenges brought to us by our ever-growing client portfolio. The successful candidate must thrive within a team environment, imparting and absorbing knowledge to upskill themselves and their co-workers at every opportunity as well adhering to established processes and ways of working.
Key responsibilities:
- Produce photorealistic renderings from scratch under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Manage time efficiently and work productively.
- Apply advanced knowledge of various software tools to support production workflows.
- Communicate actively with the team – PMs, Stylists, Team Leads – and proactively seek information and clarifications.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge relevant to the company workflow.
- Follow the folder structure, workflow templates, and systems used in the company closely.
- Meet deadlines or inform the team in advance if this will not be possible.
- Maintain basic knowledge of the different clients and their specific requirements.
- Understand the company’s workflow thoroughly.
- Share knowledge and support new colleagues.
- Assist Team Leads on project-related tasks.
Essential requirements:
- Proficiency with 3D Studio Max, V-Ray and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, rendering, and post-production.
- Ability to create custom shaders.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate level English (no certificate required, but the ability to express yourself freely and understand others is needed on a daily basis).
- High level of organisation.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task various projects efficiently and perform well within strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of various software tools or a strong willingness to learn new ones.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Blackmagic Design Fusion, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI-based tools, Comfy UI will be considered an advantage.
Location and working hours:
This role will be based in our Sofia office, 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. The role is open to hybrid working. Please note that this position is a maternity cover and the contract will be in place until the return of the role holder.
