What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping keep projects on time and on budget
• Supporting the team with data and research that drives smart, creative decisions
• Running reports and keeping clients updated on deliverables and hours used
• Helping plan and deliver focus groups
• Setting up and supporting meetings (in person or online via Teams/Zoom/Google)
• Capturing actions and ensuring follow-through for the team and clients
• Joining client meetings and being part of the conversations that matter

What We\’re Looking For

• A collaborative team player with a flexible, can-do approach
• Excellent communicator, written and verbal
• Super-organised with eagle-eye attention to detail
• Confident with data collection, analysis and reporting
• Comfortable with digital tools (Teams, Zoom, Monday, Slack etc.)
• Eager to learn and grow
