RealChemistry is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Project Manager to join our award‑winning team in the Manchester office. The role focuses on managing a variety of medical communications and medical affairs projects across leading global accounts, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and aligned with brand objectives and agency standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, including financial management, timelines and resourcing.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team on overall project health.
  • Lead client and vendor communications at the project level.
  • Own timeline development and timesheet compliance.
  • Enforce process and timelines.
  • Build and maintain product, brand and disease area knowledge.
  • Create medium to high‑scale estimates.
  • Escalate scope risks and creative redirection.

Qualifications

  • Project Management experience in a medical communications agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across print, digital and events.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical clients/brands.
  • Proficiency in Workfront, Microsoft365 and Teams; Veeva Vault familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong planning, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred candidate will be based in the Manchester office at least twice a week, with flexibility discussed for the right applicant.
