About the role

You will be a central coordinator in a high‑output in‑house studio, managing the flow of content production projects from brief to delivery. The work spans video and post‑production, web content (static and dynamic), eCommerce assets, print, and point‑of‑sale materials — often across multiple projects at once. This is a client‑facing position that requires someone organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely engaged in the craft of content production. You will act as the connective tissue between client and creative team — translating requirements clearly, tracking progress, and ensuring every deliverable lands on time and to the right standard.

What you will be doing

  • Partner with the client to understand content requirements across stills, video, animation, and digital formats, and brief the creative team with clarity and precision.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and potential risks.
  • Review content at every production stage to confirm accuracy, brief alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines before delivery.
  • Input and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date project data in the studio management system — supporting visibility and accountability across the team.
  • Support production workflows across eCommerce content, print materials, and point‑of‑sale assets, flagging issues early and proposing practical solutions.
  • Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, responding promptly and professionally to requests and feedback.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture — sharing knowledge, seeking feedback, and actively looking for ways to improve how the studio operates.
  • Develop your expertise in digital and print production, taking ownership of your learning and growth within the role.

What you need to be great in this role

  • A proactive, solution‑oriented approach: you move projects forward and find practical ways through challenges.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • An understanding of digital and print content production, including eCommerce, web content, video, and point‑of‑sale materials.
  • Clear, confident communication — you listen actively, ask the right questions, and keep people informed at every stage.
  • The ability to stay calm and clear‑headed in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for working with people across different disciplines and skill sets.
  • Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken — essential for this role.
  • Professional proficiency in Italian is a strong advantage for this Milan‑based, client‑facing position.
  • Experience in a communications or marketing agency environment.
  • Familiarity with project management or studio management platforms.
  • A background in marketing, communications, or a related field — through study, work, or self‑directed learning.
  • Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to content coordination and production workflows.
  • Curiosity about how AI can support project tracking, communication, and content quality.
  • Willingness to develop prompting skills and explore AI‑assisted ways of working.
  • Agentic mindset: the ability to break complex projects into clear steps and find efficient, resourceful paths to delivery.
