ArmstrongB2B is a 60 strong, multidisciplinary agency that offers strategy, design, digital, social media, 3D, animation, photography, video & motion from a single source. We are based in Chester city centre and work globally with world leading industrial manufacturing brands. We develop marketing strategies that deliver exceptional ROI for our customers. Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification. We also work clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots and exhibition support.
We’re looking for a talented Production Co-ordinator who can connect with our Client Services and Creative teams, to manage briefs and assignments from clients across the globe, assign resources effectively and ensure the efficient delivery of projects.
Please note all of our roles are based 5 days per week at our Chester City centre offices.
Responsibilities
- Building strong internal relationships.
- Contributing to the effective and efficient running of the studio.
- Estimate time to deliver projects and tasks in conjunction with department leads.
- Liaise with the Client Sevices Team to structure jobs correctly and raise tickets for scheduling within our resource planning software.
- Update and maintain the production schedule.
- Determine resourcing risk and capacity on an ongoing basis, escalating issues as required.
- Lead weekly resource update meeting.
- Own and develop resource reporting tools and structures.
- Communicate briefs, proposed timings and requirements to Creative Team, ensuring work is delivered to agreed timescales.
- Plan future resource requirements based utilisation levels and pipeline.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of process and supporting tools for resource management.
- Ensure line manager is aware of all client issues and proposed solutions (including potential delays) to avoid further escalation.
- Project manage the delivery of all production projects progressing through the business.
- Act as brand guardian – ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed.
- Inform Account handlers and COO of any circumstances that would positively or negatively affect forecasts.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of ArmstrongB2B business model, services and technology.
- Organise teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure results can be delivered.
Qualifications
- Solid agency experience, preferably within B2B – from creative development to final production.
- Good knowledge of digital artwork, production processes and best practices.
- Experience of scheduling in an agency/creative environment
- Proven spreadsheet management skills in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical attention to detail and passion for high quality work.
- Ability to write, prepare and present project documentation, presentations and reports.
- Hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems.
- Ability to prioritise and work efficiently within tight timeframes.
Salary and Benefits
Salary £30-40,000 depending on experience
25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days with service) PLUS your birthday off
