Real Chemistry, a global agency focused on healthcare communications and marketing, is seeking a senior Product Design Lead to drive creative and digital experiences for clients across the agency. The role is hybrid and can be based in any of our US offices or remotely within the US.
What you’ll do:
- Set and lead the creation of project experience deliverables and general project vision/strategy.
- Create and manage project deliverables, including experience audits, user research documentation, wireframes, clickable prototypes, functional annotations, strategic thinking, customer journeys, and sketches.
- Collaborate with project managers, account leads, creative leads and other stakeholders to set project goals.
- Support and drive alignment in applying consumer needs, brand guidelines, and strategic insights.
- Maintain design standards and guidelines for individual projects, ensuring consistency and user‑friendly solutions.
- Contribute and critique design work with the creative teams daily, offering and taking constructive feedback.
- Advocate for human‑centered design processes and drive user‑centered strategies in design and interaction suggestions.
- Research and stay current in digital design trends, tools, and technologies, especially within the healthcare industry.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, including learning opportunities for the team.
- Lead presentations and communication to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and manage mid‑level and junior designers on the experience team.
