You are a creative producer with multidisciplinary production execution skills. Your craft spans agency production, line production, post production and event‑based activations with a strong production company mindset. You are both creatively curious and operationally minded. You are a hands‑on producer who completely immerses yourself in the work by leaning in to shepherd complex campaigns across multiple channels, for content that requires real‑time culture and relevance opportunities. You are adaptable to evolving ideas and new ways of thinking. You think of the big picture but do not forget the details. You are comfortable navigating agency and client dynamics, and your strength lies in translating creative ambition into clear, executable production plans. Working under the guidance of Senior and Executive Producers, you take ownership of the day‑to‑day production execution that brings campaigns to life.
Role Summary
- Bring a production lens to early ideation to unlock bold, scalable ideas and to navigate trade‑offs between speed, cost, craft, partners, formats and output.
- Work directly with internal agency partners as the production voice to assess project feasibility and approach, identifying risks, efficiencies and executional opportunities.
- Own end‑to‑end production for 360 campaigns by building budgets with talent locations, schedule and post considerations in mind, with budgets ranging from $100k‑$500k+.
- Lead in hands‑on production bidding and step in as a line producer when required.
- Crew up projects by sourcing and managing required production personnel such as directors, DPs, photographers, production and/or experiential partners, post production professionals, etc.
- Communicate effectively across all departments with an understanding of what each respective team needs to be successful.
- Execute flawless production plans across film, social, digital, print, experiential/events, post production, podcasts, DOOH/OOH, PR, custom fabrication of influencer kits and more.
- Serve as the client‑facing production lead within the fully developed agency team assigned to your campaign.
- Confirm trafficking, versioning and metadata across internal pipelines and agency deliverables.
- Work closely with Business Affairs to review concepts, talent agreements, usage terms and other vendor and legal contracts.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in advertising production, with a background in bidding, budgeting and managing complex productions.
- Working knowledge of union and non‑union considerations.
- Expected to travel as needed for productions, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Collaborative communicator with the ability to manage pressure and extremely tight deadlines.
- Proactive, highly organized, detail‑oriented and a solutions‑driven decision maker.
- Proven experience and relationships in experiential, event‑based activation, live‑streaming, OOH/DOOH.
- Experience with line production on live‑action shoots.
- Experience with post workflow and software (Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Technical knowledge across production through post, understanding what it actually takes on the ground to make the work, not just setting the parameters for execution.
- Experience with emerging AI tools and integration into standard production is a plus.
