OOm is a leading digital performance marketing agency in Singapore, serving SMEs, enterprises, government agencies, and non-profits since 2006. As a Google Premier Partner and Meta Business Partner, we are committed to transparent, accountable, and results-driven digital marketing solutions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Head to join our leadership team and lead our performance marketing department to new heights.

The Role:

As the Performance Marketing Head, you will be a key driver of impact, change, and strategic direction within our marketing department. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the leadership team, you will spearhead high-impact projects and initiatives that align with OOm’s mission and business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Drive Strategic Innovation: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Implement these strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
  2. Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing executives. Foster a high-performance culture and identify potential leaders within the team.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to define the performance marketing team’s roadmap and drive actions to achieve set goals.
  4. Optimize Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed targets.
  5. Enhance Team Performance: Design and deliver regular training sessions to enhance team skills, promote continuous learning, and stay updated with industry developments.
  6. Improve Processes: Evaluate and refine departmental processes and workflows to boost efficiency and productivity.
