We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented individual to join our team as a New Business Manager. This role is designed for professionals who are eager to build, learn, and accelerate their careers in a high-performance environment. You will play a critical role in driving net-new revenue by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities with leading brands. Responsibilities
- Opportunity Development: Qualify prospects by understanding business objectives, challenges, and marketing needs; build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across prospective accounts; maintain consistent follow-up and engagement to progress opportunities.
- Pitch Leadership & RFP Execution: Lead end-to-end pitch development and presentation for small to mid-sized opportunities, including building strategic narratives, coordinating cross‑functional inputs, and delivering client-facing presentations; partner with Revenue Enablement to develop compelling, insight-driven proposals and materials; support senior sales leadership on large, enterprise-level pitches, contributing to strategy, materials, and preparation.
- Deal Support & Execution: Own deal progression for small to mid‑sized opportunities from initial engagement through close; support pricing, scoping, and proposal development in partnership with senior team members; demonstrate increasing ownership over commercial conversations as experience grows.
- Market & Industry Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends across digital marketing, advertising technology, and e‑commerce; identify new opportunities for growth based on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and revenue enablement to improve pipeline quality and conversion; provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and sales materials based on market interactions.
- Reporting & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene; track outreach, engagement, and opportunity progression; contribute to pipeline reporting and forecasting processes.
Requirements
- ~2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related client‑facing role.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, media, advertising technology, and/or e‑commerce.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish credibility with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Self‑starter mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and contributing to team‑based outcomes.
