WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead opportunity creation and conversion: build relationships directly with prospective WD Clients focusing on Product Experience and Marketing Transformation by leveraging WD props and success cases to proactively unlock opportunities.
  • Partner with senior Infosys Industry leaders to unlock opportunities (Industry Heads, Vertical Heads, MCO’s, Practice Sales).
  • Productise what we do into a repeatable client‑challenged focused approach and manage senior level relationships for mutual benefit.
  • Grow through outreach (market engagement, event lead generation, B2B marketing, and networking); comfortable hosting events in Infosys Tech & Innovation Centre, Düsseldorf and through partners such as Handelsblatt.
  • Deep market expertise: confidently understand the needs and challenges of C‑Suite leadership (particularly in FS, consumer goods, telcos, manufacturing/automotive) and for Design leaders, Product Owners, Chief Digital Officers.
  • Storytelling: develop and deliver a compelling narrative that resonates with senior client leaders, demonstrating a deep understanding of their operational context and aligning WD’s expertise to address their specific business challenges.
  • Market access: identify, prioritise, and drive top‑of‑the‑funnel channels that will increase the number of quality opportunities.
  • Client engagement and sales: manage and negotiate multiple deals and client/account relationships simultaneously, navigate complex discussions, and grow relationships that deliver long‑term value for the companies and leaders we work with.
  • Collaborate with Leadership & Marketing.
  • Growth processes: structure and automate our sales processes with system rituals that help us operate strategically.
  • Sales and marketing integration: provide marketing insights, feedback, and collaboration to optimise lead conversion and external messaging.
  • Market engagement: leverage insights to inform and enhance market engagement activities, driving awareness and deepening relationships within our target sectors to generate interest in our offerings.
  • Brand awareness: drive external storytelling to showcase our work, elevating our presence and reputation in the market.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 12+ years of B2B sales experience in consulting, design and innovation; preferably with some exposure to Indian SI’s.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and winning work, ideally with a black book of senior C‑Suite relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with expertise in identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships.
