About you
You are a designer at heart. You specialize either in motion graphics or you are a strong visual designer with some experience with motion design. You live and breathe eye-catching, arresting design, photography, typography and visual communication.
Responsibilities
- Has strength in 2D/3D motion graphics, creative technology, and/or concept development
- Understands ad performance and how to iterate based on data metrics and insights (KPIs)
- Proactively implements performance learnings into creative development process
- Holds quality of work to a high standard across all clients and projects
- Actively participates and develops concepts for modular content, long-form, brand activations, and 360 campaigns
- Collaborates with team members to build out storyboards and decks for all types of projects
- Continuously focuses on growth and challenges both other team members and themselves
- Adopts and hones new creative trends, emerging processes and platforms
- Communicates with project and team leadership on progress and bandwidth
