Responsibilities
- Concevoir et produire des contenus animés et statiques conformes aux besoins des marques sur une grande variété de formats : reels, posts, DOOH, digital, in-store, etc.
- Piloter toutes les étapes du processus de production : brief, conception, storyboarding, jusqu'à l'exécution finale.
- Présenter et défendre ses idées auprès du client et des équipes internes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les interlocuteurs marques et toutes les expertises du studio (Directeur de Création, Directeurs Artistiques, Copywriters, Designers, Chefs de Projet).
- Veiller au respect de l'identité visuelle des marques et à la cohérence graphique des différents assets.
- Retravailler les contenus en fonction des retours du client jusqu'à leur validation finale.
- Assurer la livraison de fichiers finaux conformes aux spécificités techniques.
- Réaliser occasionnellement des photomontages et retouches.
- Assurer une veille sur les tendances design, social media et pop culture, au niveau international, pour maintenir un grand niveau d'excellence.
Qualifications
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire, en agence créative ou en studio interne.
- Expérience sur de grandes marques internationales, idéalement en grande consommation.
- Maîtrise de la Suite Adobe et des logiciels vidéo (notamment Premiere Pro et After Effects).
- Expertise confirmée en animation 2D (typographie animée, transitions, personnages, objets, etc.).
- Expérience significative sur des projets social media.
- Sens du détail et exigence sur la qualité visuelle.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle.
- Capacité à travailler à la fois en autonomie (organisation, respect des timings, proactivité) et en équipe (positif, collaboratif, sociable).
- Capacité à travailler aux côtés d'un client (écoute, force de proposition, diplomatie) et à présenter et défendre ses idées.
- Forte sensibilité aux idées créatives, aux trends social media et à la pop culture.
- Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit, oral).
