OLIVER is seeking a passionate Mid-Level Project/Account Manager to strengthen our team at a leading global tech company. In this role, you will be the central interface in a very dynamic ecosystem. You will accompany complex projects from the initial idea to the moment the product becomes visible to the end consumer. You will ensure that our creative solutions are ready for publication and meet the high standards of a global tech brand.
What you will do:
- End-to-End project responsibility: You manage projects throughout their lifecycle – from the initial briefing through the creation phase to the final delivery of assets for distribution (Digital, Social & Print).
- Proactive consulting: You are not just an administrator but a sparring partner. You critically question briefings, think one step ahead, and recognise needs before they arise.
- Stakeholder management: You work closely with internal teams and external partners to precisely define and adhere to project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Quality assurance: You ensure that every asset – whether for retail partners or digital channels – complies with brand guidelines and reflects the excellence expected from a top tech brand.
What you should bring to be successful in this role:
- Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in account or project management, ideally in an agency environment focusing on technology, telecommunications, or retail marketing.
- Ownership mentality: You do not wait for instructions but take the initiative. You see yourself as the driving force behind your projects and push them forward independently.
- Resilience & agility: You feel comfortable in an environment characterised by short response times and a high pace of product releases. You maintain a cool head even with last-minute strategy changes.
- Problem-solving skills: You are a natural 'solution finder' and quickly adapt new tools and processes to proactively remove obstacles in the project workflow.
- Communication skills: Excellent German and English skills (C1) are essential for daily coordination in this international setup.
