Our Media teams facilitate processes across media planning, buying, our clients, and vendors overseeing the execution of media plans from inception to completion. As a Media Analyst, you’ll be responsible for understanding clients' business objectives, tracking budgets, and managing campaign timelines.
What You’d Do
- Manage the day‑to‑day client interaction participating in client status calls, providing media updates, and overall status of running campaigns managing client expectations.
- Assist with media planning recommendations internally and directly to the client.
- Occasionally lead client and vendor meetings assisting the senior team members with providing media plan recommendations.
- Partner with buying team to ensure trafficking is executed correctly and reporting is accurate.
- Manage campaign budgets and client financials including media budgets, media spend summaries, and monthly media billing process.
- Maintain relationships with third party vendors (i.e., platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.) and external agencies.
- Track campaigns to ensure they are performing as planned meeting and/or exceeding client objectives and efficiency goals.
What You’ve Got
- Internship to 1 year experience in a media planning or agency role.
- In‑depth Excel knowledge experience: pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools.
- Experience using G‑Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint a plus.
- Experience tactically planning across several digital media channels with particular depth in all or a majority of the following:
- Social: Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Amazon (AMS, Amazon DSP, AMG).
- Programmatic Display/Video (DV360, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, etc.).
- Publisher/Partner Direct.
- Connected TV/OTT (Roku, Hulu, etc.).
- Digital Audio (Spotify, Pandora, etc.).
- Paid Search (Google, Bing, Amazon).
- Knowledge in the various paid media and measurement opportunities across social, digital, and broader marketing mix.
- An enjoyment of team collaboration and expresses oneself clearly in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast‑paced environment working to implement systems to maximize personal work output accountability, efficiency and consistency.
