Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Entwicklung von Neugeschäft
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Mandate und unseres Beratungsangebote im Bereich Public Affairs
  • Beratung des Top-Managements unserer Kunden
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter Public Affairs-Strategien, die auf die Geschäftsziele unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind
  • Führung von Kunden-Projekten
  • Sicherstellen von höchster Qualität all unserer Dienstleistungen
  • Entwicklung, Inspiration und Führung motivierter und leistungsstarker Projekt-Teams

Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, mit mindestens 12 Jahren Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Politik, Public Affairs oder Politikberatung, idealerweise kombiniert mit Erfahrung in der Beratung oder in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Ein sehr gutes Verständnis politischer Prozesse, regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen und wirtschaftlicher Dynamiken
  • Ein professionelles Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes persönliches Engagement sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Starke Service-Orientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, enge Beziehungen mit Kunden aufzubauen
  • Fähigkeit, sich schnell in verschiedene Themen & Branchen einzuarbeiten
  • Kreative und innovative Ansätze in der Beratung
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau; verhandlungssicheres Englisch
