Overall Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Social Commerce Affiliate Manager to lead and grow affiliate and creator programs across TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce platforms for multiple client brands. This role owns the creator affiliate journey end-to-end—from strategy and recruitment through activation, community management, content development, and performance optimization. You'll work directly with creators and cross-functional teams to build scalable affiliate programs that drive content, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate is highly relationship-driven and equally comfortable developing affiliate strategy and analyzing performance.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Affiliate Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute affiliate strategies aligned to client revenue, content, and creator growth goals. Build creator cohort and programming strategies based on category, audience, product fit, and performance. Develop recruitment, activation, and retention strategies across the affiliate lifecycle. Identify opportunities to increase active affiliates, creator productivity, content output, and GMV. Develop affiliate programming around product launches, promotions, incentives, and key brand moments.
  • Creator Recruitment & Development: Identify, recruit, and build relationships with high-potential creators across TikTok and other social platforms. Manage the end-to-end creator journey from outreach and onboarding through product education, content creation, and affiliate activation. Develop targeted recruitment strategies for priority products, campaigns, and creator cohorts. Identify and develop high-potential affiliates into long-term, high-performing brand partners.
  • Creator Community Management: Build and maintain engaged creator communities across Discord and other communication channels. Develop creator communications including product education, collaboration opportunities, campaign updates, and platform news. Lead webinars to educate creators on products, incentives, and new launches. Create challenges, GMV contests, leaderboards, incentives, and other programs that drive creator participation and sales. Serve as a key point of contact for creators and foster a strong ongoing relationship with the brand.
  • Campaign & Content Execution: Manage affiliate campaigns from creator selection and briefing through execution and reporting. Manage product sampling and seeding strategies to maximize creator activation and content output. Coordinate creator programming across launches, tentpole moments, promotions, and other brand initiatives. Partner with Shop Management, LIVE, creative, media, and client teams to maximize affiliate content across the broader social commerce ecosystem. Identify high-performing content, formats, and product stories that can be scaled across the program.
  • Performance & Optimization: Analyze affiliate performance across GMV, conversion, content output, creator activation, retention, and ROI. Identify top-performing creators, products, content trends, and cohorts to inform ongoing strategy. Develop client-facing performance recaps with actionable insights and recommendations. Continuously test and optimize creator cohorts, recruitment tactics, incentives, and campaign strategies to improve performance.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, its affiliate ecosystem, creator culture, and platform mechanics.
  • Proven experience building and managing creator or affiliate programs at scale.
  • Experience across creator sourcing, recruitment, development, and community management.
  • Strong understanding of creator content and what drives engagement and conversion on social platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and analyze commerce KPIs including GMV, creator activation, content output, conversion, and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with experience working across creators, clients, and internal teams.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple client programs in a fast-paced, evolving agency environment.
