The Role: We’re looking for a Social Insights Manager to help transform social data into meaningful, actionable insights that support smarter strategy and stronger business outcomes. This role will sit at the intersection of analytics, strategy and social intelligence, helping clients and internal teams understand performance, audience behaviour and emerging opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collating, analysing and processing social-first performance and audience data
  • Monitoring, measuring and reporting on campaign performance as well as always-on social activity
  • Turning complex data into clear insights, strategic recommendations and actionable next steps
  • Creating compelling performance narratives and reporting that translate results into meaningful business impact
  • Presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, engaging and consultative way
  • Working closely with strategists, creatives, community and account teams to develop insight-led work for existing clients and new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining social dashboards that streamline reporting and provide clear visibility of performance
  • Supporting the development of client-specific reporting frameworks and measurement approaches across brands and markets
  • Contributing to the agency’s point of view around measurement, reporting and defining which metrics matter
  • Identifying trends, cultural shifts and audience behaviours that can influence social strategy and campaign planning
  • Supporting the wider team in using data and insights to inform social content, campaigns and strategic recommendations
  • Helping to improve reporting processes and ways of working to make social measurement more efficient and effective
  • Staying up to date with changes across social platforms, audience behaviours, algorithms and the wider digital landscape

What you’ll need:

  • Experience within social listening, social intelligence, digital analytics or social insights, with a track record of using data to inform strategy and drive impact
  • Good knowledge of social intelligence and analytics platforms across listening, audience research, trend identification and measurement
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, reporting methodologies and platform analytics tools
  • Experience building or contributing to dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable effective performance tracking
  • Experience analysing social performance and audience data across multiple platforms
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear narratives, insights and recommendations
  • Good communication skills, with confidence presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders across teams
  • Naturally curious, with a passion for social platforms, culture and emerging digital behaviours
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and the ability to work resourcefully across multiple workstreams
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work proactively across different business functions and teams
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating changing priorities and evolving client needs
  • A good understanding of the evolving social landscape and major shifts impacting platforms, behaviours and algorithms

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Social Insights, Social Intelligence, Digital Analytics, Social Strategy or related role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced client environment
  • Experience working with social listening, audience intelligence and performance measurement across major social platforms
  • Demonstrated experience translating data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Experience contributing to reporting frameworks, dashboards and measurement approaches for clients or brands
  • Experience presenting insights and performance findings to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously within a fast-moving environment

Preferred: experience working across international or multi-market campaigns and reporting structures
