About the role
Working in partnership with our client, we are looking for a Social Creative Lead with a wealth of experience and expertise in creative paid and organic social communications for big brands across all of the major social platforms. We are looking for someone who can join our team to work both solo and collaboratively on projects ranging from individual social campaigns across our client's brands to pulling together meaty global social playbooks to inform the brand's social presence across the globe. Experience in leading and bringing clients along the journey is a must.
A strong understanding of conceptual social creative, social platforms, and digital best practice is essential, as is the experience to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication. The ideal candidate will have good foundations in social, with a desire to create impactful, best-in-class standout digital work. Absolute knowledge of all major social media platforms is a must, as well as an understanding and desire to tailor creative ideas for them. You'll ideally be from a digital/social background with around 10 years' experience. The role is fast-paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects and clients within the team.
What you will be doing
- Work on projects from start to finish – collaborating with the team on ideation, asset creation, and implementation.
- Work closely with our social strategist to bring the work to life.
- Produce creative work with a clear rationale to accompany it.
- Be a brand guardian for Reckitt.
- Create digital assets, social media assets, videos, GIFs, memes, and different event and campaign collateral.
- Pull together decks to showcase your work to the clients and include best-in-class creative references to help sell it in.
- Use existing assets and stock imagery to come up with relevant and up-to-date content.
- Keep up to date with current digital and creative trends.
- Create work to the client's brief and exacting standards.
- Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
- Proactively monitor quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Look for ways to develop new creative within the guidelines, marketing, and production opportunities.
- Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the creative team.
- Complete timesheets.
