The Producer is responsible for managing day‐to‐day creative productions from brief through to delivery, supporting the execution of high‐quality content across social, digital, print, and film channels. Working closely with creatives, social teams, project management, and external partners, the Producer ensures productions are delivered efficiently, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Manage end‐to‐end production delivery for assigned projects, from briefing through to final asset delivery.
- Support the costing, scheduling, and planning of productions under the guidance of senior production leadership.
- Coordinate shoots, creators, suppliers, crew, and post‐production partners.
- Create and maintain detailed timing plans, budgets, and production documentation within internal systems.
- Ensure productions meet creative, quality, brand, and client requirements.
- Liaise closely with creative, social, account, and client teams to align on scope, expectations, and delivery.
- Track budgets and timelines, flagging risks or issues early and escalating when needed.
- Support procurement processes including supplier sourcing, triple‐bidding, and cost approvals.
- Assist with international production logistics where required, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Attend shoots when necessary and support live production management.
- Oversee post‐production workflows, ensuring deadlines and delivery milestones are met.
- Support accurate financial reconciliation at project completion.
- Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle.
- Keep up to date with evolving production tools, technologies, and trends, including AI‐enabled production solutions.
- Contribute positively to team culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Role‐Specific Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience producing digital, social, print, or film content in an agency, studio, or in‐house environment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‐paced setting.
- Good understanding of production workflows across different content formats.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with creatives, clients, and suppliers.
- Detail‐oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Commercial awareness and basic budget management experience.
- Experience working on global or multi‐market campaigns is a plus.
