Senior Social Commerce Strategist wanted for a minimum 12 month Fixed Term Contract to join our Global Social Commerce Team. We are seeking a passionate, commercially driven Senior Social Media Strategist to join our Global Social Commerce Team. We are looking for a social strategist who understands how to turn social interaction into transaction. Your primary focus will be designing and executing strategies that drive direct revenue, conversion, and social commerce growth for global well-known brands and retailers.

This highly visible role sits at the intersection of social and transaction, partnering across global brand teams and agencies to lead, innovate, and drive measurable social commerce growth. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and hard commerce metrics. A critical element of this role is deep, hands-on expertise in social commerce ecosystems specifically TikTok Shop, TikTok Creator Affiliate models, and/or Meta's collaborative/conversion suites.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end social commerce strategies that move consumers from discovery to checkout.
  • Define clear conversion-focused KPIs, revenue targets, and social-to-shelf journeys.
  • Develop strategies that seamlessly integrate paid and organic social media efforts to maximise reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Digest, interpret, and respond to briefs in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that strategies are aligned with client objectives and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with client editorial, creative, and marketing teams to develop engaging and innovative content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive online shopper experiences.
  • Act as the internal and client-facing subject matter expert on social media ecosystems such as TikTok Shop.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends, and leverage this knowledge to develop innovative and effective strategies.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior brand managers and client directors, translating complex social commerce mechanisms into clear, high-impact business cases.
  • Track and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Confidently present strategic thinking and creative solutions to clients, including senior-level executives.
  • Work closely with internal global teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure that social media strategies are integrated with overall marketing efforts.
  • Willingness to work at client locations as needed.

What we want from you:

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Social Strategist (agency or brand-side) with a distinct focus on transactional social commerce and conversion over pure brand awareness.
  • Hands-on experience working with social platforms such as TikTok Shop setups, live shopping, and TikTok’s affiliate/creator network models and/or Meta’s collaborative ads (CPAS) and social-to-retail integrations is highly essential.
  • You possess a strong commercial mindset with the ability to act as a growth partner for our clients.
  • Experience in delivering business outcomes, not just engagement metrics.
  • You will have experience scaling social commerce within large, complex structures and multi-brand environments.
  • Comfortable diving into platform analytics, social commerce metrics, and performance dashboards to pull out actionable insights.
  • An adaptable, positive thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience with social listening, analytics, and social commerce tools.
  • Experience managing or advising on creator/influencer affiliate programs at scale.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies for creative assets in social commerce environments.

What we can offer you:

Alongside the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting brands around the world, we’ll also prioritise your career development and help you grow your skills. We’ll empower you to make a difference, allow you to be yourself, and respect who you are.

Our culture thrives on our core values, designed for impact-driven individuals: Heart, Brains and Courage.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
