About the role: Employment: 6-month FTC (with high potential to extend). Location: Asse, Belgium (onsite). We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and run an onsite in‑house creative studio. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence across workflow, delivery, governance, and quality, acting as the senior point of coordination between internal teams, agency partners, and production specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Managing end‑to‑end studio operations, workflow planning, and overall capacity management.
- Overseeing brief intake, prioritisation, scheduling, and day‑to‑day resource allocation.
- Acting as the operational liaison between internal teams (Campaign, Local Markets, CRM, CLV, E‑commerce) and the in‑house agency.
- Ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality creative assets across print, digital, and social channels.
- Owning workflow governance, quality control processes, file‑delivery checklists, and best‑practice standards.
- Coordinating handovers from external creative agencies (e.g., key visuals, style guides, open files, templates).
- Partnering with media agencies for specifications, formats, and asset deliveries.
- Maintaining dashboards, KPIs, utilisation tracking, and reporting to leadership.
- Driving adoption of new tools and platforms, and ensuring smooth integration into studio workflows.
- Leading change management as teams transition into a new operating model.
- Representing the studio in leadership meetings, status updates, and cross‑functional forums.
Qualifications:
- 7-8+ years of experience in agency operations, production management, or studio leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and levels.
- Solid understanding of the full creative production process across print and digital.
- Experience managing high‑volume, multi‑disciplinary workflows.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in Flemish and French (both written and spoken).
