What you will be doing:
- Leading a project from brief to delivery, and everything in between.
- Forecasting and planning in partnership with OLIVER colleagues, Head of Studio and marketing teams.
- Applying production knowledge to consult on forward planning, strategy and feasibility before creative concepts are shared with clients, evaluating solutions to meet creative and logistical needs, and flagging potential roadblocks.
- Leading all stakeholder meetings, driving collaboration and accountability from initial scope through production to final delivery.
- Managing expectations around production, project margins and risks, ensuring on‐time, on‐budget delivery.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines and realistic schedules, proposing solutions for identified risks or concerns.
- Being comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
- Overseeing large‐scale still and/or video shoots, coordinating with crew, locations, art department, casting and related resources.

- Creating and delivering accurate production budgets, timelines, paperwork, contracts, risk assessments and health and safety documents.
- Overseeing the financial administration of every project and managing suppliers.
- Supporting and mentoring our Project Manager, assisting with organisation and coordination to develop their experience and knowledge across larger projects and productions.
- Supporting reporting and account management as required, working closely with the account handling global team and the network of Mix studios worldwide.
- Managing project sustainability by tracking carbon emissions via Adgreen's Carbon Calculator.
- Overseeing project wrap‐up, including third‐party costs, final asset delivery and financial reconciliation.
- Creating case studies, award entries and contributing to external recognition, while focusing on internal recognition and expanding the team's reputation within the business.
- Building and maintaining a diverse network of freelance crew, production partners and suppliers with whom we often collaborate.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Extensive experience managing and producing large‐scale productions and projects/campaigns.

- Creative and innovative with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Calm under pressure, with strong negotiation skills.
- Strong industry network.
